Classroom Based Assessments provide students with an opportunity to demonstrate their understanding and skills of the curriculum in a way that differs from a formal examination. There are specific moments in the school year that we capture this assessment and where students receive both feedback and grade descriptors.
CBAs will be reported on in the Junior Cycle Profile of Achievement (JCPA) certificate.
