Here at Creagh College we work with our athletes in athletics to offer training to ensure our athletes can race at the top of their game over cross country events or on the track.
Training is focused to ensure drills, speed and endurance are covered along with knowledge of strength and conditioning and the value of stretching. This ensures that our athletes understand the benefits of each component to their running.
Over the years Creagh College athletes have been successful in winning team and individual events both on the track and in cross country with Senior team gold for the boys last year and bronze at intermediate from both the boys and girls.
